FEAR FIGHTERS: AN EXPOSURE BASED THERAPY GROUP FOR CHILDREN
Dr. Shannan Edwards is an anxiety specialist who has extensive experience in the delivery of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and exposure therapy for all ages. This group is designed to help children better understand and cope with physical symptoms of anxiety, identify and challenge anxious thoughts, and build confidence by facing their fears through exposure-based activities.
WHO: Children (ages 7-11) diagnosed with a specific phobia and/or OCD
COST: $125 per session for 10 sessions, must commit to attending 8 out of 10 sessions

WHEN: This group will begin on Wednesday, June 15th.
Sessions will occur each Wednesday from 6-7:30 pm.
