Join our health anxiety treatment group, led by Michael Stier, LCPC (and co-author of “The Complete Guide to Overcoming Health Anxiety“) where we will dive into managing and overcoming your health-related and symptom focused fears.
This group focuses:
- psychoeducation to deepen your understanding of health anxiety
- ritual prevention strategies to break unhelpful patterns, and
- mindfulness skills to effectively manage physical symptoms.
We will also explore ways to align your daily life with your core values, helping you re-engage in the fulfilling life that health anxiety often steals away. Together, we’ll develop practical tools and strategies to support your journey towards a healthier, more balanced life.
Attendees must be 18 or older, struggle with health anxiety/concerns and have not been hospitalized for safety concerns in the last 6 months.
