Pre-Licensed Providers
Siba Massey, LMSW is a Licensed Master of Social Worker who integrates evidence-based treatments, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and other empirically-driven modalities including Prolonged Exposure Therapy (PE) and Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions (SPACE). She uses these modalities to address Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), anxiety and mood disorders, trauma, emetophobia, generalized anxiety, trichotillomania, health anxiety, and panic disorder in children, adolescents, adults, and utilizing a systems approach were possible in the recovery process. Special interests include treating anxiety subspecialties, such as social anxiety, trauma and various OCD subtypes, including relationship OCD, and moral scrupulosity.
Siba serves on the OCD Georgia board, the state-based affiliate of the International OCD Foundation. She also contributes to mental health education at her local church. In her spare time, she enjoys educating young adults on how to manage anxiety that hinders them from going after their professional goals. Siba is committed to professional development and enjoys attending conferences and training to stay current on the latest treatment interventions.
Siba received her master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) at Kennesaw State University (KSU). During her time at KSU, she served as the President of the Society of Social Workers and a Graduate Research Assistant; which furthered her passion for evidenced based treatments and mental health education. Siba is under the supervision of Elizabeth Neri, MPH, LCSW.
Residing in Atlanta, Georgia, Siba enjoys traveling, including visiting family in South Africa. In her free time, she stays active through running and hiking and cherishes quality moments with family and friends.
