IMPROV for Teen Social Anxiety
WHO: Teens (ages 13-17) displaying mild to moderate social anxiety symptoms
COST: $100 per session ($600 total for all groups), must attend 5 of 6 weeks, and most be present at the kickoff first meeting September 6, 2022

Dr. Mosley is an anxiety specialist with experience in IMPROV practice. This course is designed to teens learn to practice mindfulness and engage in exposure therapy in order to manage their social anxiety symptoms. Teens will engage in performance and practice to confront their anxiety. On the last group meeting, parents will attend a brief performance.
Materials: Teens will need to bring a small notebook and pen or pencil.
This group will begin on Tuesday, September 6. Sessions will occur each Tuesday from 6-7:30 pm.
