After having a baby, you go through one of the biggest changes of your life. This is also a peak time that people experience challenges with mental health and anxiety symptoms. There is so much to learn to help you navigate this time, and you don’t have to do it alone. This group is for individuals who have recently had a new addition to their family and are experiencing increased anxiety and/or OCD symptoms. Facilitated by Rachel Warsett, Licensed Professional Counselor and anxiety and OCD specialist, meetings will be a place to learn about Postpartum Anxiety and Postpartum OCD and receive encouragement and inspiration from other members. Group members will discuss experiences of being a new parent while setting personal goals to facilitate learning, healing, and growth.
Start Date and Time: Monday, February 27th for 4 weekly sessions from 10:30am-12:00pm
(All dates: February 27th, March 6th, March 13th, and March 20th)
Location: Our Offices: 1360 Center Drive, Suite 200, Dunwoody, Ga 30338
Cost: $200 for the program, can be paid in full or in increments of $50 per session.

Enrollment will be limited to the first 6 who sign up and meet eligibility criteria. Attendees agree to be available for at least 3 of the 4 sessions to be eligible. If attendees have not been treated by a member of Anxiety Specialists of Atlanta, an abbreviated, free intake may be required.
