WHO: Adults (18+) who struggle with social anxiety (and live in the state of Georgia)

This group is for any adult who struggles with social anxiety. Whether you have had treatment or not, this group will leverage group members to work on social anxiety fears, we will discuss the challenges of social anxiety, but also practice exposure-based tools for challenging fears outside of group.
When: weekly, Wednesdays from 6-7:30 PM October 27 – December 8, 2021 (there will be no group the week of Thanksgiving)
How: Groups will meet over Zoom.
