Single Session Consultations for Treatment Planning (30 minutes – Dr. Megan Faye)
This consultation appointment is offered by Avoidant/Restrictive Food Intake Disorder (ARFID) and Misophonia-specialized psychologist Megan Faye to discuss related treatment planning considerations with patients, or with families with or without the primary patient of concern. These consultations, by phone or video, are designed to address clinical care recommendations, treatment planning, coordination of care, connection with mental health providers, and/or education about disorders and treatment. No formal assessment, review of past records, written report, or diagnosis will be provided on behalf of the primary client, but resources and recommendations can be shared.
This service is offered as a consultation to patients, however it can be adjusted to include your treatment provider if requested and advance notice is given to Dr. Faye. This consultation appointment is scheduled for 30 minutes ($75) or 60 minutes ($140) and must be scheduled and paid for in advance.
