This group is for all female-identified teens ages 13-16 to have a space to connect and build skills around areas of self-esteem, relationships, body image, stress management, and other topics that impact teens as they transition back to school in the fall. This is not an anxiety disorder specific group, but is a more general support and skills building group.
Thursdays from 6-7:30 PM August 26 – Sep 30, 2021
Groups will meet in person. Please note: this group is not intended for teens with serious emotional or behavioral difficulties. This group is intended to provide supplemental tools and support.
